Our PSA Standard Service costs $109 AUD per card, including shipping from One Place Trading Card Shop to PSA and return shipping from PSA to One Place.

Other PSA grading service levels may be available at different prices.

Optional card cleaning is available for $5 AUD per card and is not included in the standard grading fee.

Additional PSA upcharges may apply depending on a card's assessed value or PSA's service requirements. Any additional charges will be invoiced separately.

Shipping cards from the customer to One Place, and return shipping from One Place to the customer, are not included in the standard grading fee.

PSA grading turnaround times vary depending on PSA's current processing times, submission volumes and shipping requirements.

All turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed by One Place Trading Card Shop.

Customers will be notified when their graded cards have returned to our store and are ready for collection.

One Place Trading Card Shop acts as a third-party submission service for PSA grading.

All grading decisions are made independently by PSA. We cannot guarantee that a card will receive a particular grade, including PSA 10.

Cards may receive a lower grade than expected, or PSA may decline to grade a card in accordance with its policies.

Grading fees are not refundable solely because a customer is dissatisfied with the grade received. This does not affect any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers will be notified when their PSA-graded cards have returned to One Place Trading Card Shop and are ready for collection.

Customers are requested to collect their cards within 90 calendar days of receiving notification.

If cards remain uncollected after this period, One Place Trading Card Shop may contact the customer to arrange collection and may take further action in accordance with the Uncollected Goods Act 1995 (NSW) and other applicable laws.

Cards do not automatically become the property of One Place Trading Card Shop after 90 days. Any disposal or sale of uncollected cards will only occur where permitted by law and after any legally required procedures have been followed.

One Place Trading Card Shop takes reasonable care when handling, packaging and transporting cards submitted for PSA grading.

The standard $109 AUD grading fee includes shipping from One Place to PSA and return shipping from PSA to One Place. It does not include shipping cards from the customer to One Place or return shipping from One Place to the customer.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping to One Place, including any insurance they wish to obtain for that journey.

Insurance coverage during transit between One Place and PSA may be subject to carrier terms, declared values, coverage limits and exclusions. Customers should not assume that their cards are insured for their full market value.

One Place is not responsible for grading decisions made by PSA. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies customers have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

The PSA Standard Service fee is $109 AUD per card, payable before cards are submitted to PSA.

Other PSA grading service levels may be available at different prices, subject to confirmation by One Place Trading Card Shop.

PSA may apply additional grading fees (upcharges) based on a card's assessed value or applicable service-level requirements.

Any additional PSA upcharges will be invoiced separately by One Place Trading Card Shop and must be paid before graded cards are released, subject to applicable consumer rights.

The Standard Service fee includes shipping between One Place and PSA but does not include card cleaning, preparation or customer-to-store shipping.

Nothing in these terms limits customers' rights under Australian Consumer Law.

One Place Trading Card Shop offers optional card cleaning for $5 AUD per card.

If card cleaning is selected, the service applies to all cards included in that submission.

Card cleaning is not included in the $109 AUD PSA Standard Service grading fee and will be charged separately.

Cleaning is intended to remove surface contaminants where appropriate. It does not guarantee an improved card condition or PSA grade.

No cleaning will be performed unless the customer has selected and authorised the service.

All grading decisions remain at PSA's discretion, and customers retain their rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers may request cancellation of their PSA grading submission by contacting One Place Trading Card Shop.

Before cards are sent to PSA: Cancellation requests will be reviewed, and refunds will be provided for services not yet performed, subject to any reasonable costs already incurred and applicable consumer rights.

After cards have been sent to PSA: Cancellation may no longer be possible. Any refund will depend on whether PSA accepts the cancellation, what costs have been incurred and the customer's rights under Australian Consumer Law.

A customer is not entitled to a refund solely because their card receives a lower PSA grade than expected.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
